Mental Health Skill Building Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized skill-building plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to teach and reinforce skills related to daily living, communication, problem-solving, and self-management.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic goals and monitor progress toward achieving them.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Work in coordination with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources as needed.

Subsatnce Abuse Professional 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support clients in their recovery journey.
• Educate clients and their families about substance abuse, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, social workers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and developments in substance abuse counseling.
